How Does TRISWIM life begin? : :

Our lab is located in a 86,000 sq. ft. facility here in Southern California. They are an FDA registered contract manufacturer and filler that produces cosmetics as well as health and beauty aids. In addition, the lab has a fully equipped Quality Control Testing Department as all products must pass a stringent regiment of quality and consistency standards before being used.

Test samples are created and revised in this area in order formulate products that meet your stringent tastes and requirements.

Their fragrance library is extensive. They have over 2,000 different fragrances from which to pick, everything from citrus to floral, as well as essential oils.

In order to ensure the highest quality and longest shelf life, all products are made with baceria and mineral free purified water. With increased manufacturing and storage capacity, they also utilize a vacuum that is strong enough to pull all the air bubbles out of any gel or paste that is manufactured before being filled.

The Tube Filling Department has a state-of-the-art Kalix Tube filler, which has the ability to fill and seal at 65 tubes per minute. At that speed it will generate 50,000 tubes per day, (250,000 tubes per week).

TRISWIM Distribution : :

After production, TRISWIM is shipped to our state-of-the-art Distribution facility. Here it is stored in a climate controlled environment.

Each order is carefully sorted and boxed with delivery instructions to the recipient.
