"Being an Ultra-marathon runner and owner of the San Diego Running Institute, I am acutely aware and sensitive to blister and chafing problems. All of the available products used in prevention of blisters in the past were either messy or impractical. After I discovered TRISLIDE, those issues were put to rest. "Today, I tried a new product, it is called TRISLIDE. TRISLIDE is a skin lubricant, at first I was thinking do I really need something like this? Well that question was answered during tonight's ride. I just came off an extended vacation starting at the Colorado River and ending yesterday at Dog Beach in Surf City, much of my vacation was spent in the water. The problem I encountered this morning was a rash on my inner thigh. This was caused by my legs rubbing on my trunks combined with all the sand and salt water while playing iwth my little girl and her Mutt's on the beach.

"As a distance runner I put my feet through a lot of punishment. I'm also a wear tester for a large running shoe company. Due to my high mileage training and constant testing of different shoes I get a lot of blisters. The blisters are typically on the arch of my feet and near my Achilles tendon.
